Shahroze Arshad’s journey into the world of design and construction is a story of passion, perseverance, and a relentless drive to create something extraordinary. It all began at the age of 15, when he took on his first job as a general laborer. Spending countless hours on construction sites, he gained invaluable hands-on experience, learning the trade from the ground up. While the work was physically demanding, it laid the foundation for a lifelong love of building.

In Grade 11, Shahroze discovered a spark he never knew existed—a passion for design. Working as a laborer allowed him to see projects come to life, but it didn’t give him the creative outlet he craved. Determined to channel his newfound love for design, Shahroze took on an ambitious project: designing his parents' home. This experience not only brought his ideas to life but also revealed his natural talent for blending aesthetics with functionality.

By 2016, Shahroze’s first individual design elements were realized, marking a defining moment in his journey. That same passion continued to grow as he tackled his first full home remodel, leading both the design and construction phases. The project was a success, and with it came a deep realization—his unique combination of hands-on industry experience and a creative vision was his true calling.

Armed with a background in Mechanical Engineering and over 15 years of experience spanning every facet of construction, Shahroze founded Saiba Homes to bridge a gap he had identified in the Canadian market. Too often, home products were either overly expensive or lacked the innovative and luxurious designs homeowners deserved. Shahroze envisioned a brand that would break these barriers, delivering modern, high-quality solutions that elevate living spaces.

Today, Shahroze’s expertise extends far beyond construction; his mastery of design, innovation, and execution is the driving force behind Saiba Homes. From concept to completion, he leads his team with a commitment to excellence and a passion for creating spaces that inspire.
